Physical training in Forrunner is now a option. We dont believe you need to be in extreme shape for our missions. YOu just need to be able to survive run long distances now the principles of stealth and be ab;e to get thorns in your face.

PHASE RED
5 sets of leg lifts and push ups
2 mile run in 40 min
run 1 mile with full gear on and do 20 push ups
do 20 sets of hot feet
PHASE BLUE
complete a tranie mission with full gear on for 3 hours
survive in the jungle with no food or water for 4 hours
do 10 sets of leg lifts and push ups
PHASE GRAY
stay hidden for a hour
do 30 sets of hot feet
run a 2 mile run with a assault pack with full gear
